The project
Prepare the surface correctly to achieve a lasting result.
The work began by grinding the existing concrete to remove contaminants, residue and deteriorated coatings, while creating the surface profile required for proper adhesion.
After cleaning and conditioning the surface, we applied the gray epoxy system and laid out orange lines around equipment, operating areas and walkways.
The work was completed in one week, including weekend shifts, to adapt to the plant’s available work windows.
