Turnkey construction of offices and warehouse
Complete transformation of an existing property: demolition of the original house, foundations, construction of a three-story office building and warehouse, and full integration of installations through final delivery.

A complete transformation
From the original property to an operation-ready facility.
The scope began with demolition of the existing house and site preparation for new foundations. Two adjacent but independently constructed structures were then developed: a three-story office building and an industrial warehouse.
The offices were delivered fully finished with drywall partitions, suspended ceilings, lighting, and electrical and pneumatic installations. In the warehouse, in addition to the structure, enclosure and interior finishes, an integrated grounding system was installed to protect the electrical installation and connected equipment.
Grupo Elyon coordinated civil works, specialized installations and finishes under a single point of responsibility, maintaining continuity from demolition through final handover.

Result
Two specialized spaces integrated into one delivery.
The project transformed the original property into a functional facility combining a three-story office building and an industrial warehouse. Building both structures independently addressed the specific needs of each space, while integrated coordination ensured continuity across civil works, installations, finishes and electrical protection.
